DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD
This is a double-page spread about the typeface Avant Garde Gothic. It’s supposed to also emulate the overall vibe and aesthetic of the typeface through the design of the spread. I focused on the origins of the typeface & the history, which led me to have a very 70s-themed layout with the colour palette, shapes and imagery. Through the research I did for the design on the spread I was able to write a lengthy, educational article about the typeface and how it came to be and who designed it.
